High-Durability Corrugated Dies
Designed specifically for corrugation and logistics packaging presses. Built using thick steel cutting rules and high-density black sponge padding to ensure clean edges and strong folding score lines on heavy-duty corrugated board fluting profiles.
Built to Handle Multi-Ply Board Pressures
Corrugated board boxes require thick cutting rules to cut cleanly through thick liners and flutes without collapsing them. Our Corrugated Dies utilize 3 Pt (1.05mm) or 4 Pt (1.42mm) steel rules to withstand high-pressure stamping runs.
By deploying automated rule shaping (WMS & Richlytop autobenders), we calibrate crease rules to precisely score fluted board, preventing liner cracking during automated folder-gluers or manual box assembly.

Corrugated Dies FAQ
Thick rules provide the structural stability required to shear through multiple layers of liners and inner waves (fluting flutes) without buckling or shifting under high tonnage. They also create a wider channel, ensuring corrugated boxes assemble without crushing folding hinges.
We lower the height of the creasing rules compared to the cutting rules and use crease-cutting automation. This yields score lines that deform the flute structure cleanly without tearing or splitting the outer liner sheet when the box is folded.
