Premium Tooling for Retail Cartons
Our Duplex Dies are crafted using multi-layered premium birch plywood boards that resist warping and handle high-speed press pressures. By utilizing advanced automated rule processing setups (Autobenders), we shape premium steel cutting and creasing rules with absolute uniformity.
Every duplex die is designed with customized ejection rubbers to push out cleanly after the press stroke. This speeds up production runs and reduces paper fuzzing or tearing during die-cutting.

Duplex Dies FAQ
For lightweight duplex boards ranging from 200 GSM to 450 GSM, 2 Pt (0.71mm) cutting rules are standard. They provide clean, narrow cuts. Creasing rules are matched accordingly to accommodate board thickness and prevent hinge cracking.
Our 1000W CNC lasers cut channels with vertical precision. This prevents steel rules from tilting when loaded in high-pressure automatic platen presses, ensuring clean crease margins and avoiding carton alignment errors during automated folding-gluing operations.
