Cylindrical Rotary Dies
Designed specifically for high-speed B2B converting lines. Built using curved multi-layered hardwood shells and serrated steel rules to execute continuous, high-volume shipping carton slotting and creasing runs without stops.
Engineered for Continuous Carton Output
Rotary dies wrap around a rotating cylinder in converter presses. Our rotary dies are built using curved multi-ply hardwood shell bases with precise radius curves to ensure a perfect snug fit on your specific machine cylinder diameter.
We select high-grade serrated steel cutting rules and polyurethane ejection sponge strips to throw out scrap corrugated trim cleanly at converting press speeds of up to 15,000 sheets per hour.

Rotary Dies FAQ
We require the technical drawing of the target converter press cylinder (its outer diameter, shell thickness, and bolt-hole locking pattern) along with your vector design files (.DXF) defining the packaging dimensions.
Serrated rules feature tiny teeth that slice into fluted corrugated board with minimal resistance during continuous cylinder rotation, achieving clean shear lines and preventing converters from jamming during high-speed runs.
