Sticker & Tag Dies
Designed specifically for high-speed labeling and commercial printing applications. Built with ultra-thin steel rules and low-pressure foam backing to achieve clean kiss-cutting (cutting only the top sticker layer without shearing the backing liner) and precise tag layouts.
Ultra-Fine Rules for Intricate Details
Sticker sheet kiss-cutting requires precise control over rule heights, down to ±0.015mm. Our Sticker Dies are manufactured using ultra-thin 1.5 Pt (0.53mm) or 2 Pt (0.71mm) steel cutting rules, ensuring narrow curves and micro-borders are executed perfectly.
We select specialized, low-pressure closed-cell foam ejectors to protect delicate adhesive surfaces and prevent marking or bruising on the backing release liner during platen stamping runs.

Sticker & Tag Dies FAQ
Kiss-cutting is a die-cutting method where only the face adhesive paper is cut, leaving the backing release paper intact. The die achieves this by utilizing height-calibrated rules (with tolerances down to ±0.015mm) and a highly level press makeup, preventing backing liner penetration.
Yes. We insert precision, hardened hollow steel punches directly into the birch plywood backing. This ensures clean, round holes (typically 2mm to 5mm diameter) are cut simultaneously with the tag outline in a single press stroke.
